Randomness Comes to Your Cell Phone!

Since the creation of the website and its subsequent launch on August 20, 2021, there have been problems and limitations when trying to create a mobile version in the Wix editor; The problem was so noticeable that the joke "Wix sucks on mobile" started, causing support only for the PC version and plenty of Manolete's to laugh mockingly.

Over time and with each update, the mobile version became increasingly unstable, to the point where Sulonam was telling everyone to DON'T access the website via phones. Even with the "Desktop Mode" option, most menus and assets became distorted because they weren't optimized for the small screen resolution of a mobile phone.

Attempts to correct this issue were made over several years, but after numerous failed attempts, the idea of creating a functional version was abandoned. However, everything changed with the Pre-Update 4.0 2, due to a test to observe the behavior and functionality of a potential mobile version resulted in a highly functional and accessible mobile version of the website.

It should be noted that some elements do not function correctly or had to be removed to better adapt to a smaller screen resolution, such as:

• The vast majority of backgrounds are black screens due to their original format, which was designed to fit the content shown in the PC version (This can be fixed, but new backgrounds would have to be created that fit both the PC and mobile versions).

• In Home, the entire Instagram section had to be removed to save performance and avoid incorrect configurations when adapting it to the mobile device.

• Many of the Blog posts where the font size is larger or smaller than the default do not adapt to the settings of the mobile version's tools and appear twice as large as usual.

• Some information had to be removed from all the song players and several of the graphic elements of the Blog so that they could fit with the other elements.

Despite all the drawbacks, the website works quite well in both its original language and its English translation; Many pages adapted quite well, such as the Home page, Sulonam's Fury, and The Secret Notes. Additionally, a special animation was added when accessing the site via mobile phone, where a Hammer-Wielding Monkey welcomes you.

From the beginning, Official Randomness was intended to be used exclusively on a computer, as it's more comfortable to interact with things and allows you to view all the information in greater detail. However, with the addition of a mobile version, those plans changed. The mobile version offers greater accessibility and speed for everyone, while the PC version remains the original format with its complete structure, elements, and overall experience.

I won't lie, I'm very happy to have made all this enormous progress in the first week of August 2026, and it's time to move on to the next project, which is full of breakdowns. I hope you can continue to enjoy our crazy ideas, and we'll be back with more updates.
